And the Oscar goes to.....

Apparently there are very good copies of LOTR: TTT floating around on the internet. Not camera at a theater quality, but taken from a DVD source quality. And using my amazing sense of earth logic, I have deduced they are from the Academy Award screenings that are sent out to potential voters. Because everybody knows that Gollum's twisted ramblings do not secretly translate to "For Your Consideration."

ETA: Oh and the message at the beginning that says the viewing about to be seen is for "Academy consideration only" implies the same. And by imply, I mean states outright.
