I got the job! Yay!
It's at a South campus eatery involving the words Portage bay and galley.
It seems the interview was just a formality (Megan, the girl who called me, only asked what I thought were good qualities in a worker and another question) then she went into when I would probably work (Tuesdays and Thursday mornings, with two days a week starting at 7:00 AM) though she's going to email me a more permanent schedule later. I don't know what position I'm going to work, and it seems that they'll just give me one ranging from Subway (there's a mini-subway inside), to food prep, to cashier. Nothing specific. I filled out an employee packet and I was off to class. And it's not that far of a walk to get to. 15 minutes to get there and about 15 - 20 minutes to get to my first class of whatever day it is.
Megan is really nice and it seems cool there. And my pay is 7.00 an hour, with a .25 cent raise for 70 (I think) hrs worked, and another .25 cent one for 200 something hours worked. The cap for raises is 9.00, then if I am promoted to a certain position, my pay would go up by $1.
