Yes, this is me procrastinating. Having a continuous connection is both a curse and a blessing. This distraction is probably saving my sanity but prolonging the torture.

Thing with Foucault is, I think he has to simmer in your head for about two years. Then one day you'll remember him, and you'll totally get it. It's bizarre. I think he's simultaneously overrated and underrated. I totally get that sentence now, but I didn't when I was in grad school.

But one terrific thing? There's nothing in Foucault you can't apply to Buffy. =)

I hope so. There's been an occasional moment where I think he's on to something but then that feeling goes away.


Heh, and Buffy is that magical balm that can make anything more palatable. Too bad I didn't have that Buffy Philosophy book when I was actually taking philosophy.
