celestialfray::taking a much needed break from studying. Or wasting time. Whichever::
woo. Philosophy final tomorrow. Stupid final. I've been studying since about 3 or so... I still don't fully understand/remember objective vs formal reality, antiphysicalism, berkeley or williams and morality and I'm at the point where I don't feel like getting into it.
I'm happy classes are over. Finally. And Firefly's on tomorrow! And Buffy, Tuesday! And LOTR, Wednesday! Tons of things to look forward to.
Except the weekend which will be busy. Shopping. Xmas. I hate xmas shopping. Total number Gifts bought: 0
I have no idea what to get my mom, dad. And Crystal isn't giving me any clues. I'm not even sure what I want for myself. The Buffy DVDs aren't out until January 7th and there's nothing pressing out that I can't buy myself. Plus asking for a 6ft standup of Spike isn't really an option.
Maybe I can ask for knitting supplies. I was looking at this one girl's site and she had instructions on how to make HP scarves. They look tempting now. (Like the movie Ravenclaw ones. Pretty) Though learning to knit is a big unknown. And I'd have to swear that this wouldn't turn out like they keyboard they bought me. Or maybe I can just ask for the mp3 player my dad doesn't use. That sounds easier.
On a completely different subject, there needs to be more femslash. Particularly Firefly femslash. Like Kaylee/Inara. I just found one and it's only a PG-13. Where's the porn?

It's sad that I can't even find bad femslash porn and bad porn is supposed to be a staple.
It seems even more impossible now that it's "cancelled" (I haven't given up hope. Joss will find a way) Though even if it is, people may keep writing. The L.J. Smith fandom ain't dead yet, even though the last book was supposed to come out for years and the last thing published was in 1998. But people still write fanfic there.
