Yay, I passed.
Aug. 15th, 2003 11:43 pmJust took my knowledge test, and am one step closer towards my driver's license. Only got one wrong, small details. Now I just have to take
This is all deja vu for me. I went through all this in 2001. Failed the practical (one teensy tiny mistake, ::cough::driving the wrong way automatically fails you, which I accidently did through backing around a corner. Actually, I was going the right way, but the car wasn't really facing the right direction::cough::), gave up on it (as Washington had just started the graduated license system which I wanted no part of) but my mom is adament now that I get my license. Still can't bring myself to care that much. Not a big fan of driving.
So... yeah, I'm still home. Won't go back to college until the end September. Appreciating the easy life, though it is incredibly slow. I'm finding I'm spending time on things I never have time for. Like watching a bunch of movies (It's an Alan Rickman fest. So damn sexy. Especially the voice. I actually put a hold on The Return of the Native audio book just because he's narrates it, ignoring the fact that I wouldn't read it otherwise)
Drawing is also a new thing. An incredibly frustrating thing, but I try. Got this book on how the draw the face. The author was explaining how to make it realistic, I'm just proud that they features are in the right place. My first attempt was supposed to be Harry/Draco but Harry didn't turn out so well, so it just became Draco.
So here it is: ( Draco Malfoy, 16 maybe? 18? Whatever )
I like the body more than the face. Male lips give me so much trouble, with trying to keep them from looking feminine. This is my first time drawing males. Usually I go for female pin up style. (I'm plan on posting them tomorrow. Faceless, but naked, which is what's really important)
