Dec. 17th, 2002 10:37 amWhew. Everything's done. No more finals. And my roommate left.
Now I just have to figure out what time I'm going to the theater for a 7:45 AM showing.
In preparation, I watched the LOTR:FOTR extended DVD with a friend who hadn't seen LOTR before. I had a lot of fun. It's great watching it with someone who doesn't know what's going to happen next and is surprised by every turn. When something surprising came up (like when Gandalf grabbed Frodo in the dark and asked "is it safe?") She'd jump or sqeak. And when the Ringwraiths were chasing the hobbits, she was like "No! Run! Faster! Frodo! Aahh" Really let me see the movie in a better light. I found myself jumping along with her at some points. Made it seem like I was watching it for the first time rather than the nth.
Oh, yeah. Work. I forgot thee.
