Tomorrow at after 6 AM you will either hear the sound of my slumber or the sound of my anguished cries. Registration occurs tomorrow (well registration for me, bah, I hate being the absolute last freshmen to register) and the classes I want are very close to being filled. So tomorrow morning I will wake up and hopefully (!!!) and get the classes I want. But...
::really really hopes:: For some reason, I haven't been able to find too many classes that I want to take. I hope this is just a winter quarter thing.
I want to take astronomy and computer programming (kill me now, or this will later) and some freshman seminars (one on Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgendered issues and the other possibly on aging) I want to take minimum credits at the moment, because of the not so good selection this quarter.
Unfortunately, for astronomy there are only 11 spots left in the time/section I want. (there's an 8:30 time slot available but... ::self-explanatory::) and 9 spots left in one of the programming sections. There are way more available in the whole class but those sections are also 8:30 AM type.
If worse comes to worse, I'm shooting for Pysch 101 (heh) which has over a hundred spots left open in each section. This class is one of the hugest ones I've seen. The first section has a limit of 290, the other two each have one of 440.
Meh. I better get what I want. I've spent the last couple of hours going through the course catalog and figuring it out.
oh and by the by, LOTR:TTT tickets are available for presale tomorrow, 4 weeks before schedule. My last exam is on the 16th, so I'll probably end up seeing it at home rather than in Seattle. Unless I want to stay like 2 extra days, But since none of my friends up here are LOTR fans, (a travesty...) I most likely won't.
It doesn't help that there is going to be a big Northwest premiere in Seattle on the 16th, though it's like $250 for "cheap" tickets and $500 for luxurious ones. (it's for charity)
