celestialfrayFrickin' a. I think the food place I ate at charged me for a tip. I was looking on my online bank statement thing, one of the listed charges (for 7.20) I couldn't figure out. And I still had one receipt that didn't match anything. From the food place for 6.00. But while looking at the receipt, I saw a space for tips and curious, I checked my calculator. And 1.20 is %20 of 6.00. What the hell?
Anyway, today and yesterday, I did so much walking. Yesterday, My friend and I went up and down the ave (found a safeway). I finally got the Legolas poster I wanted. Hee. And today, we decided to be adventurous and go to Northgate Mall. Nice place. They had this Gottschalks clearance store, which was wonderful. I needed a new winter coat and while looking there, I found this fake suede all-weather coat from London Fog that was originally priced at $180, marked down to $125 and with an additional %75 off. So it only cost $31.90. It's so great. Soft and warm. Camel colored. Nothing's wrong with it either. No rips, no stains. Got some shirts too, each less than $5.00.
Heh, I also finally got a Legolas action figure. It's so fun to spend money.
It's weird how me and my 6th grade friend are almost just fitting back in like old times. Like we've always been friends.
Her roommate's a bitch though. The stereotypical "popular" pretty type. She had told me her roommate was nice and not a snob, but I think she just doesn't like saying bad things about people. While I was there, she had put a plastic container that had general tso chicken or something like that in the roommate's refridgerator since she wasn't hungry enough to eat the rest. So the roommate comes into the room and goes to her fridge to get some water and sees the food. Instantly she's like, practically yelling, "Oh my God, What is that smell? Who's food is this? I can't have this crap stinking up my refridgerator. Take it out. It smells. I don't care where you put it, just put the teriyaki crap somewhere else"
*?!*
I totally thought the roommate was joking because who would make such a big deal over food? Especially since it didn't even smell bad or was that strong smelling, not like kimchee or saurkraut. And this was from the person who apparently had left food in her trashcan that rotted and spoiled and stunk up the whole dorm for a while.
Now I'm even happier with my roommate relations.
