celestialfrayOh fuck am I tired. Walked to where I work, stood around all day from 7:00 AM to 1:30, then I had to walk across campus to get lunch and then class, then I had to walk home. My feet are so killing me.
Work isn't too bad at all. I've sucessfully made a couple of drinks (though not the cappacinos). The hardest part is remembering all the little details of both how to make the drinks and remembering people's specific orders. I mostly worked the register while it was busy (and I'm much more comfortable with it now) and made the drinks when it slowed down. I like it there. The supervisor and coworkers are really nice.
Weird, the guy who's training me looks nearly like and has the same name as this guy I knew in high school. Uncanny.
Though the early hours didn't help when it came to my Philosophy TA section. I nearly fell asleep during it.
And Buffy is on today! Wee!
